Everyday I choose to take care of myself. I wake up, take some deep breaths, stretch and head to the kitchen. I make hot water with lemon to fuel my digestive system – it works like a charm!! Then I make eggs with ghee, sometimes I add spinach and sometimes I make avocado gluten free toast. I do the dishes, then I continue on by making my daily green smoothie. I drink this for my “second breakfast” around 10-11am. What do I put in? Check it out below:
Everything is organic:
2 cups Coconut water
handful Frozen blueberries
1 inch Cucumber
scoop of avocado
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 tablespoonFlax seeds
1 tablespoonHemp seeds
1 teaspoon Reishi mushroom powder
1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder
1 teaspoon Shatvari powder
1 tablespoon Collagen
1 tablespoon Spirulina
Sometimes a dash of coconut oil
A handful of nuts if I remember
Blend extremely well otherwise you’ll get the seeds / nuts pieces.

Banana – Full of potassium and makes your smoothie creamy and a little sweet.
Blueberries – High in antioxidants and lots of vitamins. I like that they don’t have seeds and are easy to blend (and not bother my belly).
Cucumber – an alkaline vegetable that is cooling, delicious and full water!
Avocado – A fruit that’s high in over 20 vitamins and minerals! They’re also high in fat, monounsaturated fat, which is good because it helps to lower bad cholesterol and keeps you feeling full longer. A little bit goes a long way. AND it makes your smoothie nice and creamy
Spinach – has so many health benefits, I wouldn’t be able to name them all. The great news is that you literally don’t taste it in your smoothie.
