Anyone on a wait list will automatically be given an unreserved hammock as they become available. A Soul Flyte team member will email you as well as call or text you to make sure you still plan to join us. If we contact you and you can't make it, you need to let us know immediately so that we can offer that hammock to someone else.
If you are on the waitlist and show up to the studio to see if you can get in - please note that if someone is 10 minutes late to class, you reserve the right to take their spot in class. Sometimes it's worth showing up to see if you can get in! We can't guarantee it though.
To receive credit for a class cancellation it must be made 12 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled class. Once you have cancelled a class it will be returned to your account to be used within 30 days. Classes not cancelled 12 hours prior to your scheduled class start time will result in forfeiture of one class pass, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
If you hold an Unlimited Monthly Membership, each class not cancelled before the 12-hour deadline or 'no show' will result in a $20 fee to the studio charged automatically to your credit card on file. If you paid for a single class, unfortunately if you didn't give us the 12 hour required notice, we won't be able to put the class back into your account.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the purchase of a Soul Flyte class or package.
